Legendary snowfall equals spots never riden…
This was a legendary snowfall for Madrid in January 2021.Filomena 2021.
It’s the first time that much snow has fallen in over 50 years in the city, so we definitely needed to take advantage of the situation. There have been some light snowfall in the past, but nothing that compares to this.
It’s the first time we have ever been able to hit the streets and ride at these symbolic locations. It’s definitely been one of the most memorable moments for me.
When we realised how much snow was falling, I discussed with one of my sponsors, Surfin Sierra Nevada, and together with their support, @marmophoto and myself headed straight for the city.
Best decision ever.
